Try Klango as a programming environment

Klango Player offers a full featured engine that has everything a developer needs to create an audio rich, interactive (network) application.

There is only one requirement - you must have a text editor ;). All needed tools are built-in into Klango, and you can start programming and executing your programs immediately after downloading the Klango Player.

To create your applications in Klango, you use Lua programming language, a very popular and simple scripting language. Besides a standard library of Lua functions, there are also hundreds of additional functions available, defined by Klango engine.

Publish your (non-klango) programs

We would like to invite all developers to submit their (non-klango) software to our Software Catalog.
If your program is designed for blind and visually impaired people, you couldn’t hit better place than Klango Network!

We collect information about accessible applications and make them available for easy download and install through the Klango Player. We’d be happy to add your program to the poll of “External Applications” available in Klango. Submitting software to the catalogue is, of course, completely free.

Klango Community grows everyday with new great users from all over the world. Your application certainly won’t be overlooked, and you can be sure you’ll find new, great users from all continents.

So, if the Klango Community matches somehow your target audience, don’t think much and simply submit your software. It’s a simple operation and if you submit your app, it will be listed in the Player’s menu and users will be able to download, install and run it directly from the Player with just a few keypresses.
